Gold Coast Home Solutions buys houses directly from homeowners in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties, California. We're hiring a full-time cold caller to talk with those homeowners by phone.

The job

- Make 150+ click-to-dial calls a day to homeowners in California

- Find out whether they would consider selling, and why

- Write clear notes in our CRM after every conversation

- Call back the homeowners who asked to hear from us

The daily target is 150 calls. If that sounds like too many, this isn't the right role for you, and that's completely fine.

Pay

- USD $1,100 per month base (about COP 3.560.000), paid every two weeks in COP

- Plus USD $500 commission for every deal you source that closes, and USD $1,000 more if you close it yourself ($1,500 per deal), paid when you meet your monthly call targets

- Plus a quarterly performance bonus

- Independent contractor

You need

- Fluent, confident spoken English. You'll talk to American homeowners all day.

- A quiet place to work, a computer, a headset and reliable internet.

- The temperament to hear "no" many times and pick up the phone again.

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing or phone sales is a plus. Real estate experience is not required. We train you on our script and our system.
