Kitty Spout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch winners and ship impact.

With 3-4+ years running CRO programs and hands-on Intelligems experience, you will design paid-acquisition funnels, leverage data to lift CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor, and work closely with the founder to scale towards
