Requirements:- 5 years of application development experience- 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and lightning framework- Must have the knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Experience builder- Must have knowledge and practical application of Salesforce CPQ, both out of the box and customizations- Experience with source control systems like Azure Dev

Ops, GIT- Experience with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce / CPQ profiles, permission sets, and objects- Experience in Salesforce CPQ integration with external systems and managed packages- Deliver solutions in Agile methodology in CI/CD environment- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive working relationships cross-departmentally and cross-functionally- Good written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational, planning,



and creative problem-solving skills with critical attention to detail- Demonstrated success in facilitation and solutions implementation- Proven track record of leading application development projects- History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines- Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations- Ability to perform effective code reviews and recommend automated review tools for the team

Responsibilities:- Execute all phases of the software development life cycle.- Assess operational needs, costs, and resource requirements for assigned projects, collaborating with project managers as needed.- Work in agile team alongside the Product Owner, applying Salesforce/CPQ best practices and design methodologies, such as use case analysis, object modeling, and UI design, to ensure alignment with business requirements and design objectives.- Identify and address issues requiring attention, resolving them with a clear understanding of the underlying business problem.- Make informed technical decisions aligned with the product roadmap, architecture standards, and management directives.- Deliver projects and tasks in a timely manner, honoring commitments to stakeholders and management.

Provide regular project/task status updates during daily scrums to the agile team, product owners, and product managers.
