The Hub is looking for a Digital Advertising Team Leader to lead a B2B sales team, drive commercial performance, and manage the sales pipeline. Your experience in digital advertising, ability to track KPIs, and commitment to coaching and developing sales teams will help strengthen performance and deliver outstanding business results.

Who You Are:

- You're a commercially-minded professional with a strong understanding of B2B sales, digital advertising, and performance management. With at least 1 year of experience as a team leader in B2B sales, including 6 months in digital advertising sales or marketing, you're familiar with managing sales pipelines, overseeing commercial results, and aligning team efforts with business objectives.

- You combine analytical thinking with leadership and coaching skills to evaluate KPIs, identify sales opportunities, and develop strategies that improve team performance. Your ability to manage priorities, provide targeted feedback, and implement performance improvement plans helps drive sales effectiveness and strengthen client relationships.

- With up to 80% English proficiency and a goal-oriented mindset, you're ready to lead high-performing teams, maximize commercial opportunities, and contribute to sustainable business results.
