We are seeking a Head of Occupational Health and Safety to lead the corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) strategy, managing the organization’s critical risks and fostering a sustainable safety culture, in order to ensure the protection of people, regulatory compliance, operational continuity and the achievement of the business’s strategic objectives.Requirements:Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. A specialization or master’s degree in Risk Management, OHS, Strategic Management or related areas is desirable.Minimum of ten years of experience leading health and safety areas in high-risk operations, preferably in mining.Demonstrable experience in strategic development, KPI management, organizational culture and critical risk management.Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and strategic stakeholders.Availability to work in various municipalities of Antioquia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
