You will turn around 80% to 90% complete proposal drafts within hours of a discovery call, ready for final executive review.Because their brand identity relies on elevated, non-corny, high-end messaging that appeals to luxury event planners and high-net-worth clients, exceptional written English, strong aesthetic intuition,



and prompt-engineering comfort are mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Proposal Construction & Web Assembly (~60%)Workflow Execution: Ingest raw discovery call notes and audio summaries, utilizing structured AI prompts to analyze buyer types, extract line-item requirements, and draft tailored copy.ShowIt Page Building: Populate and customize hidden digital proposal web pages on ShowIt using pre-built agency templates, incorporating media assets, custom artist packages, audio/lighting specs, and pricing matrices.Rapid Turnaround: Complete first-draft proposal pages within tight turnaround windows following discovery calls so proposals reach prospects while momentum is high.Stakeholder Liaison & Pipeline Support (~25%)Multi-Party Communication: Coordinate professional email updates, scheduling links, and proposal delivery across complex multi-stakeholder chains (couples, parents, luxury wedding planners, and corporate producers).Brand & Tone Alignment: Ensure all written touchpoints reflect a slick, modern, high-end agency tone, avoiding generic or corny industry tropes.Sales Admin & Process Optimization (~15%)Pipeline Maintenance: Keep sales trackers, proposal statuses, and client notes organized across Google Workspace & CRM tools.SOP & Prompt Maintenance: Partner with sales leadership to refine AI prompt libraries, ShowIt page templates, and proposal creation checklists as the event catalog expands.Hard Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales operations, digital marketing,
