We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our Training team and support the development of employees within a dynamic healthcare and contact center environment.What You’ll DoDeliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training, facilitate new hire classes, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, support the development and improvement of training materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze training results, and help identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance.What We’re Looking ForMedical Doctor, Nurse, or professional in a related healthcare field, with experience as a trainer, instructor, or tutor. Experience delivering training within a call center environment is preferred.5+ years of experience, ideally delivering training within healthcare environmentsStrong presentation, facilitation, coaching,



and communication skillsKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designExperience with call center operations and performance metricsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OutlookEnglish level: C1ScheduleMonday through Friday 9:00 a.M. – 5:30 p.M.
