Agentic AI Engineer (Python) at Baires Dev

What You'll Do

- Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
- Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
- Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging advanced programming languages and systems design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.




- Establish robust evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python programming and developing AI applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
- Deep understanding of building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
