We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to support logistics operations, customer account management, product setup, and inventory coordination while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.}

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer and product setup to ensure smooth ordering, receiving, picking, packing, and delivery processes.
- Maintain accurate master data to support efficient logistics operations.
- Support monthly invoice generation in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with customers to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and business goals.

✅ Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, logistics support, international coordination, shipment tracking, or related roles.
- Previous experience in the U.S. logistics industry is essential.
- Experience handling chemical products is a plus.
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety & Food Defense, and cGMP is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Knowledge of SAP, P21, or Fishbowl is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma required; college education is a plus.
