Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and enterprise CCaaS.
- AWS serverless architecture: Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge & Step Functions.
- Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK, CloudFormation or Terraform.
- CI/CD, IAM, CloudWatch and production troubleshooting.
✨ Plus: Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q in Connect, Lex, Claude or conversational AI.
