We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong applied artificial intelligence experience to join our expanding technology team. You will contribute to high-impact engineering work that combines scalable system design with forward-looking innovation. Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable software platforms that meet business priorities and established engineering standards
- Contribute technical recommendations during architecture reviews to help guide the direction of active initiatives
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and business colleagues to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines
- Review teammates’ code changes and offer actionable guidance that supports consistent development standards




- Analyze complex technical challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle and implement effective resolutions
- Support junior developers through mentoring, technical coaching, and regular knowledge sharing
- Participate in project planning by helping define requirements, assess scope, and estimate delivery effort
- Monitor industry developments and introduce useful technologies or practices into daily engineering workflows
- Maintain clear records of important system decisions and technical processes to support sustainable future maintenance
- Work with stakeholders to clarify objectives and confirm that completed functionality meets agreed expectations

Requirements

- At least three years of professional experience in software engineering or another closely related technical field
- Practical knowledge of AI methods and tools that can enhance software design and development approaches
- Strong command of Java Core functionality and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience applying Java 8 language capabilities in production development environments
- Ability to create and support backend services using Spring Boot
- Experience working with applications or cloud resources in Microsoft Azure




- Familiarity with AWS services for deploying, operating, and managing hosted solutions
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows for automated integration, validation, and software delivery
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, organizing, and maintaining relational data
- Experience designing distributed applications based on microservices architecture patterns
- Hands-on ability to develop RESTful services and integrate REST-based interfaces
- Knowledge of unit testing practices for validating functionality and preserving code quality
- Familiarity with NoSQL database technologies used in Java application environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for clear professional communication
