Position Overview

● Role Title: Trainer Specialist

● Employment Type: Independent Contractor

● Duration: Long-term position - Full time The Trainer Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring comprehensive training programs acrossthe client's operation and AI-powered workflow automation solutions. This role bridges client operational needs and internal team development, maintaining exact standards across dealer/manufacturer integrations, SOP compliance, and the Strata software platform.

Primary Responsibilities

● Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead engaging live training sessions, workshops, and virtual onboarding modules for new hires and existing team members.

● Instructional Design & Process Documentation: Transform SME insights and complex commercial furniture workflows into clear SOPs, training manuals, Strata system guides, and assessment frameworks.

● SME & Leadership Collaboration: Conduct regular structured interviews with department leaders and Subject Matter Experts to capture updated processes and validate training accuracy.

● Performance Tracking & Analytics: Maintain tracking records for training completion rates, assessment scores, and time-to-productivity,



providing actionable insights and reports to leadership.

● Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit existing training repositories to keep materials aligned with operational changes, system updates, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or corporate learning and development.

● Experience with Procurement / Furniture Industry (Preferred)

● Demonstrated experience in developing SOPs, onboarding decks, and assessment frameworks.

● Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

● Strong proficiency with modern learning and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, tracking spreadsheets, forms, LMS platforms).

● Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities. Key Performance Metrics

● Onboarding Completion Rate: Target 95%+ timely completion across modules.

● Assessment Mastery: Average knowledge validation score of 85%+ across cohorts.

● Time to Productivity: Reduction in overall ramp-up duration for new team members.

● Manager Readiness Sign-off: High operational approval rate upon training completion.
