Responsibilities

- Engineer stable, high-capacity applications that satisfy defined technical expectations and business objectives
- Take part in architecture reviews, helping guide system decisions with practical technical insight
- Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure software releases meet quality and deadline commitments
- Examine peer contributions and offer constructive review feedback that reinforces team coding practices
- Troubleshoot complex development issues across the application lifecycle and deliver sustainable resolutions
- Coach less experienced engineers, helping them build stronger skills and confidence in their work
- Participate in estimation and planning discussions by providing scope analysis and delivery input
- Stay informed about industry changes and recommend new approaches when they offer tangible value
- Record significant technical decisions and working procedures to support future development and maintenance




- Engage stakeholders to translate their expectations into clear requirements and aligned deliverables

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in professional software development
- Working knowledge of AI technologies and principles that can enhance engineering workflows and solution architecture
- Comprehensive understanding of Java Core and object-oriented software development concepts
- Experience applying Java 8 language features in production development work
- Capability to build and maintain backend services through Spring Boot
- Practical exposure to Microsoft Azure resources and cloud-based application operations
- Awareness of Amazon Web Services for hosting and administering cloud solutions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, packaging, and deployment activities
- Solid SQL knowledge for querying and working with relational database platforms
- Background in implementing systems using independently deployable microservice components
- Experience delivering REST APIs and connecting them with other services
- Ability to write unit tests that verify expected behavior and improve software dependability
- Knowledge of NoSQL database options compatible with Java applications
- Professional English communication ability at B2 level or above
