Our technology group is looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in AI-enabled engineering. You will work on ambitious digital solutions that require thoughtful design, dependable delivery, and close collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities

- Build resilient software platforms that balance organizational needs with high standards of technical quality
- Provide informed input during architecture sessions to guide implementation choices for ongoing development work
- Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to achieve timely and reliable product delivery
- Review teammates’ code changes and offer actionable feedback that improves readability and maintainability




- Analyze sophisticated technical challenges and drive corrective actions through to successful resolution
- Guide less experienced developers by transferring knowledge and building their technical confidence
- Contribute to planning activities by assessing complexity, outlining deliverables, and forecasting timelines
- Keep up with emerging engineering practices and incorporate relevant improvements into established workflows
- Create clear records of technical rationale, system behavior, and development procedures for long-term support
- Collaborate with business contacts to define success criteria and verify that delivery matches their expectations

Requirements

- Three or more years of relevant industry experience in professional software development
- Understanding of AI concepts and development tools that can strengthen technical solution design
- Advanced command of Java Core functionality and object-oriented software design methodology
- Practical background using Java 8 features to develop production-ready applications
- Strong Spring Boot capability for implementing and maintaining backend application services
- Experience working with cloud resources and deployments in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem




- Familiarity with AWS capabilities for operating and releasing cloud-hosted workloads
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation for establishing reliable build, test, and delivery pipelines
- Competence in SQL for accessing, managing, and retrieving information from relational data stores
- Track record of creating distributed systems based on microservices principles
- Experience developing REST interfaces and connecting applications through REST API integrations
- Proficiency in unit testing practices that protect stability and confirm application behavior
- Awareness of NoSQL database solutions suitable for Java technology stacks
- B2-level English or higher for clear written and verbal collaboration
