Our expanding technology group is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in artificial intelligence. You will help build innovative systems that address complex needs while operating reliably at scale. The team encourages shared ownership, disciplined engineering, and the thoughtful use of modern tools. This role offers meaningful responsibility for durable software delivery and continued development in AI-driven engineering

Responsibilities

- Create scalable application platforms that balance functional needs with sound technical design
- Contribute informed perspectives in architecture workshops to guide the technical path of current initiatives
- Work closely with teams from multiple areas to achieve timely completion of high-quality deliverables
- Conduct reviews of fellow developers’ code and suggest refinements that preserve engineering quality
- Analyze complex software challenges and drive corrective actions through to successful resolution
- Guide junior colleagues by transferring expertise and helping them gain confidence in their development skills
- Join planning sessions to clarify deliverables, assess complexity, and forecast implementation timelines
- Monitor emerging engineering practices and integrate relevant improvements into routine workflows
- Produce clear documentation for critical architecture choices, processes, and system behavior




- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to establish objectives and confirm that solutions meet agreed requirements

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of applicable experience in professional software engineering
- Understanding of AI platforms and methodologies that can be used to enhance application design
- Thorough knowledge of Java Core functionality and object-oriented programming approaches
- Proven experience using Java 8 features to develop and maintain live applications
- Strong Spring Boot skills for building and operating backend services
- Experience working with applications or infrastructure hosted within Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with AWS capabilities for deploying, administering, and maintaining cloud solutions
- Working knowledge of CI/CD automation for reliable build, validation, and release workflows
- Competence in SQL for organizing, accessing, and maintaining relational information
- Track record of building distributed systems through microservices-based design
- Practical ability to create REST interfaces and connect them with wider application ecosystems
- Experience applying unit testing practices to protect software quality and reliability
- Exposure to NoSQL database technologies suitable for Java-based development
- B2-level English or higher for effective communication in an international work environment
