We are hiring a Senior Java Developer with applied AI expertise to support our growing engineering organization. You will work on large-scale technology initiatives that require dependable design and close collaboration across functions. Responsibilities

- Develop scalable Java solutions that meet defined product goals and engineering expectations
- Contribute practical recommendations in architecture sessions to influence technical choices for ongoing initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational partners to deliver reliable work within agreed schedules
- Review peers’ implementations and provide useful feedback that improves quality and consistency
- Investigate difficult development issues, establish their causes, and deliver effective fixes
- Help junior developers build skills through mentoring, technical guidance, and regular knowledge sharing
- Support delivery planning by clarifying requirements, assessing effort, and contributing realistic timeline estimates
- Evaluate developments in the technology landscape and introduce valuable practices into everyday engineering work
- Maintain technical documentation that records system decisions, implementation methods, and key development processes




- Work with stakeholders to translate business expectations into clear requirements and successful outcomes

Requirements

- Three or more years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar technical discipline
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and supporting tools that can improve solution architecture and development workflows
- Strong foundation in core Java programming and object-oriented software design
- Hands-on experience using Java 8 capabilities in production software development
- Ability to create and maintain backend services with Spring Boot
- Experience deploying or supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments
- Familiarity with AWS services for operating and releasing cloud-hosted applications
- Understanding of CI/CD processes for automating integration, testing, and software delivery
- Proficiency in SQL for accessing, querying, and maintaining relational data
- Experience applying microservices patterns to build distributed application systems
- Practical ability to develop and integrate RESTful service interfaces
- Knowledge of unit testing approaches for validating behavior and protecting code quality
- Familiarity with NoSQL database technologies used in Java-based solutions
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above for professional communication
