We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a strong understanding of AI to strengthen our engineering team. You will contribute to ambitious digital products designed for scale, working alongside colleagues who embrace collaboration and technical innovation. Responsibilities

- Create scalable and resilient software applications that address operational needs and technical expectations
- Contribute to system-design conversations by presenting recommendations that influence project architecture
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business partners to release high-quality functionality within planned timelines
- Evaluate colleagues’ code changes and provide actionable feedback that promotes clean and consistent implementation




- Analyze complex development challenges, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions
- Support the professional development of junior colleagues through mentoring, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Assist with project planning by evaluating effort, clarifying priorities, and contributing to scope definition
- Monitor technology developments and recommend new practices when they offer practical benefits to the team
- Maintain clear records of architectural choices, development processes, and technical implementation details
- Partner with stakeholders to refine business needs and confirm that delivered solutions meet agreed expectations

Requirements

- At least three years of hands-on experience in a professional software development role
- Understanding of AI tools and concepts, with the ability to apply them to software design and engineering workflows
- Strong knowledge of core Java capabilities and object-oriented design principles
- Practical experience developing applications with Java 8 features and libraries
- Ability to build and support backend services using Spring Boot
- Experience delivering and operating solutions within Microsoft Azure environments




- Familiarity with AWS services for cloud deployment, configuration, and operations
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices for automated build and release workflows
- Proficiency in SQL for retrieving, maintaining, and working with relational data
- Experience creating distributed applications based on microservices principles
- Ability to design, implement, and integrate RESTful service interfaces
- Knowledge of unit testing techniques for maintaining reliable and well-validated code
- Experience working with NoSQL database technologies in Java-based applications
- Professional English communication skills at B2 level or higher
