We invite an accomplished Senior Java Developer with strong AI experience to strengthen our software engineering function. Responsibilities

- Create scalable technical platforms that support company objectives and comply with established engineering requirements
- Offer technical insight during architectural planning to help shape the roadmap for evolving projects
- Liaise with product, business, and technology teams to maintain delivery momentum and expected quality levels
- Provide detailed review feedback on peers’ code to promote clean, stable, and sustainable implementation




- Identify the origins of complex software problems and coordinate targeted fixes across the development lifecycle
- Mentor less experienced engineers through practical support, coaching, and ongoing knowledge transfer
- Support delivery planning by refining scope definitions, evaluating effort, and supplying realistic schedule estimates
- Evaluate emerging engineering trends and apply beneficial techniques to daily development activities
- Keep well-organized technical records that preserve key decisions, processes, and implementation context
- Partner with stakeholders to convert business expectations into clear requirements and aligned delivery results

Requirements

- No fewer than three years of practical experience in a comparable software engineering role
- Hands-on familiarity with AI frameworks and technologies that can improve technical solution design
- Thorough grasp of Java Core fundamentals and object-oriented programming approaches
- Proven ability to leverage Java 8 functionality in applied project environments
- Experience using Spring Boot for backend service construction and long-term maintenance
- Background operating software solutions in cloud environments based on Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services for cloud rollout,



hosting, and infrastructure administration
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles that enable dependable automated build and release workflows
- Strong SQL capability for managing and extracting data from relational database systems
- Demonstrated experience delivering service-oriented systems through microservices architecture
- Direct experience implementing REST-based APIs and integrating them into broader application ecosystems
- Solid understanding of unit testing methods for sustaining reliable and maintainable software
- Knowledge of NoSQL database platforms that integrate effectively with Java projects
- Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or above
