Our growing engineering group is seeking a Senior Java Developer with a solid foundation in artificial intelligence. You will help develop forward-looking technology products that require dependable architecture and scalable implementation. The team promotes thoughtful collaboration, professional curiosity, and a high standard of technical execution. In this role, you will contribute to core system evolution while strengthening your experience with AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver durable software systems that fulfill organizational goals and engineering quality expectations
- Help establish technical direction by contributing informed perspectives in architecture discussions
- Work closely with specialists across multiple functions to achieve reliable delivery within planned timeframes
- Examine code changes submitted by peers and provide constructive suggestions that uphold team standards




- Resolve sophisticated technical challenges through structured troubleshooting and targeted remediation
- Share expertise with junior staff to support their ongoing technical development and independence
- Assist in project planning by assessing complexity, outlining deliverables, and estimating the required effort
- Monitor changing technology practices and incorporate useful improvements into established workflows
- Produce documentation for important system choices and technical processes to preserve codebase sustainability
- Work directly with stakeholders to define success criteria and confirm that delivered work meets their needs

Requirements

- At least three years of relevant hands-on practice in professional software engineering
- Practical awareness of AI principles and platforms that support stronger application design approaches
- Advanced understanding of fundamental Java programming and object-oriented development methodology
- Experience applying Java 8 language features to production-ready software solutions
- Strong Spring Boot skills for implementing and maintaining backend application capabilities
- Background working with cloud infrastructure or services in a Microsoft Azure setting
- Familiarity with AWS for deploying,



operating, and managing hosted applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation that enables repeatable building, testing, and deployment
- Competence in SQL for storing, retrieving, and maintaining data in relational systems
- Track record of designing service-based applications with microservices patterns
- Experience developing REST interfaces and connecting them to broader application ecosystems
- Knowledge of unit testing practices that protect quality and confirm correct application behavior
- Understanding of NoSQL database solutions suitable for Java-based development
- Professional English skills at B2 level or above for workplace collaboration
