Our engineering organization is looking for a Senior Java Developer with practical knowledge of AI-driven technologies. You will help shape innovative software products that operate reliably in demanding environments. Responsibilities

- Engineer dependable and scalable applications that balance business priorities with technical quality requirements
- Participate in solution architecture sessions and help guide technical decisions for ongoing development work
- Partner with teams across different functions to produce reliable releases that meet delivery commitments
- Review pull requests from fellow engineers and offer constructive recommendations to improve code quality
- Resolve sophisticated technical problems by investigating their causes throughout design, development, and delivery
- Encourage the growth of less experienced developers by sharing expertise and providing regular mentorship
- Contribute during project preparation by assessing complexity, estimating work, and clarifying delivery scope
- Keep informed about relevant industry advances and adopt new techniques that create measurable value
- Produce and maintain documentation for technical processes, design decisions, and implementation standards




- Work with business stakeholders to establish clear requirements and validate delivery against shared goals

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of practical experience in software engineering or a closely related field
- Knowledge of AI approaches and technologies that can support improved application design and delivery practices
- Strong proficiency in fundamental Java programming and object-oriented software design
- Experience using Java 8 to implement production-ready software solutions
- Proven capability with Spring Boot for the development of backend applications and services
- Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with AWS for running, deploying, and maintaining cloud solutions
- Understanding of automated delivery pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Ability to write SQL queries and work effectively with relational database structures
- Experience applying microservice-based design patterns to distributed systems
- Practical skills in developing and integrating REST-based APIs
- Experience creating unit tests that protect code quality and validate application behavior
- Working familiarity with NoSQL data stores used in Java development environments
- B2-level English or higher for clear communication in an international setting
