We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with substantial AI expertise to join our expanding engineering organization. You will contribute to complex, future-oriented technology initiatives alongside a team that values cooperation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

- Design and deliver scalable software systems that support business priorities and meet established engineering expectations
- Contribute practical recommendations during architecture reviews to help shape the technical direction of active initiatives
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes
- Evaluate code contributions from peers and provide constructive guidance that promotes maintainable development practices




- Investigate complex software problems, identify their causes, and implement effective long-term fixes
- Support junior developers through mentoring, technical coaching, and regular knowledge sharing
- Participate in delivery planning by clarifying scope, estimating effort, and identifying project dependencies
- Follow relevant technology developments and introduce useful practices into the team’s working methods
- Maintain technical documentation covering important implementation decisions and development processes
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and confirm that delivered solutions fulfill agreed objectives

Requirements

- At least three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related technical field
- Applied knowledge of AI tools and frameworks that can improve system design and engineering workflows
- Strong understanding of Java Core concepts and object-oriented programming principles
- Hands-on experience using Java 8 features in production software development
- Ability to create and support backend services with Spring Boot
- Experience working with cloud applications or infrastructure in Microsoft Azure




- Familiarity with AWS services for hosting, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices for automating integration, testing, and release workflows
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, organizing, and maintaining relational data
- Experience designing distributed applications using microservices architecture patterns
- Practical skills in building RESTful services and integrating REST-based endpoints
- Understanding of unit testing approaches for verifying behavior and preserving code quality
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases used in Java application environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for effective workplace communication
