We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with practical expertise in artificial intelligence to join our expanding engineering organization. You will contribute to high-impact technical programs that require scalable thinking, dependable execution, and inventive problem-solving. Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable software systems that meet strategic business priorities and technical quality expectations
- Share technical recommendations during architecture sessions to help guide solution choices for active initiatives
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to achieve timely delivery without compromising quality
- Review code submitted by peers and provide actionable suggestions that reinforce maintainable development practices




- Investigate complex engineering challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective corrective solutions
- Support junior developers through mentoring, technical coaching, and practical knowledge sharing
- Participate in project preparation by clarifying scope, assessing effort, and contributing delivery estimates
- Monitor relevant technology developments and introduce methods that improve everyday engineering workflows
- Create clear documentation for key design decisions, technical processes, and implementation standards
- Work with stakeholders to translate objectives into requirements and confirm that delivered results meet expectations

Requirements

- At least three years of professional experience in software engineering or a closely related technical field
- Practical familiarity with AI platforms and concepts that can enhance software design and engineering processes
- Strong understanding of Java Core functionality and object-oriented development principles
- Hands-on experience applying Java 8 capabilities in production software environments
- Ability to create and maintain backend services using Spring Boot
- Experience supporting cloud applications or infrastructure within Microsoft Azure




- Knowledge of AWS services for cloud deployment, environment management, and operational support
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows for automated integration, testing, and release activities
- Proficiency in SQL for retrieving, structuring, and maintaining data in relational databases
- Experience developing distributed services according to microservices architecture patterns
- Practical ability to expose RESTful endpoints and consume REST-based integrations
- Knowledge of unit testing techniques for verifying behavior and preserving software reliability
- Familiarity with NoSQL data stores that can be used in Java technology stacks
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective workplace communication
