We are hiring a Senior Java Developer with hands-on artificial intelligence expertise to join our growing engineering organization. You will contribute to high-impact technology programs that require scalable design and reliable delivery. Responsibilities

- Create resilient, scalable applications that satisfy defined product needs and engineering standards
- Influence solution direction by contributing practical recommendations during architecture and design sessions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational partners to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines
- Examine peer code changes and share constructive recommendations that reinforce consistent development practices
- Investigate challenging engineering issues, identify their underlying causes, and implement effective fixes
- Help junior developers progress through technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and ongoing support
- Contribute to delivery preparation by clarifying project boundaries and providing realistic effort estimates
- Follow technology developments and introduce useful techniques that enhance team workflows
- Document key system decisions and implementation practices to support sustainable maintenance over time




- Work with business partners to refine requirements and confirm that delivered solutions meet agreed needs

Requirements

- At least three years of relevant professional experience in a software development or related technical role
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and technologies that can be applied to improve engineering processes and solution design
- Strong command of Java Core features and object-oriented design principles
- Hands-on experience using Java 8 capabilities in production development environments
- Ability to develop and maintain backend services through Spring Boot
- Experience supporting applications or infrastructure within Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with AWS services for cloud deployment, administration, and operational support
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows for automated integration, testing, and release activities
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, managing, and maintaining relational data
- Experience designing distributed applications using microservices-based patterns
- Practical skills in creating and consuming RESTful services
- Knowledge of unit testing practices for confirming functionality and preserving code reliability
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases used in Java technology environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for clear professional communication
