We invite an experienced Senior Java Developer with a practical background in artificial intelligence to join our expanding technology group. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that demand scalable architecture and reliable execution. Responsibilities

- Design and implement dependable software systems that support organizational objectives and technical quality standards
- Provide technical input during architecture discussions to help determine the best path for evolving projects
- Partner with multidisciplinary delivery teams to produce well-engineered solutions on schedule
- Offer detailed review feedback on team code to maintain strong implementation standards
- Locate the root causes of complex engineering issues and carry corrective work through resolution
- Mentor junior colleagues through hands-on coaching that develops both skills and confidence
- Join project-planning sessions to provide scope input, estimate effort, and identify key dependencies
- Follow emerging technical trends and recommend adoption where new methods provide clear value
- Create clear records of development processes and technical choices to make future maintenance easier




- Communicate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and align delivered work with expectations

Requirements

- No fewer than three years of relevant professional practice in a software-focused technical role
- Practical familiarity with AI fundamentals and tooling that can enhance development approaches and system design
- Thorough command of Java Core principles and object-oriented programming methodology
- Proven experience applying the functionality introduced in Java 8
- Strong Spring Boot skills for developing and maintaining backend infrastructure
- Background working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Awareness of Amazon Web Services for hosting, managing, and releasing cloud solutions
- Experience with CI/CD workflows that support repeatable and automated deployment pipelines
- Strong SQL capability for managing and retrieving information from relational database systems
- History of delivering service-oriented applications using microservice architecture patterns
- Ability to implement REST APIs and integrate them into wider software ecosystems
- Experience using unit testing techniques to preserve application quality and reliability
- Familiarity with NoSQL database options that work effectively with Java applications
- Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher
