Praxis LATAM is looking for a Senior Amazon Connect / CXE Lead to lead the technical implementation of enterprise Contact Center solutions, combining hands-on development and configuration with technical leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

? Contract: Contractor

? English Level: C1

? Salary: Open to negotiation in USD

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, and routing.
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of Cases/Tasks, Customer Profiles, and Contact Lens.
- Experience with enterprise CCaaS solutions and migrations from Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or similar platforms.
- Technical leadership skills and excellent client communication and presentation abilities.
