Windsor Management is seeking a Senior Commercial Leasing Coordinator (Contract) to lead the full leasing process from LOI to lease execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will interpret complex lease terms, manage CAM/operating expenses, and act as the internal expert for lease interpretation across cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
You will review and negotiate LOIs and lease documents, maintain accurate lease data (Yardi), and support tenant renewals while mitigating risk.
