Role Description The Pharmacist/Clinical Solutions Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bogotá D.C.

Metropolitan

Area. This role involves providing clinical pharmacy guidance to healthcare partners, supporting medication management programs, and ensuring that pharmaceutical care protocols are followed in line with current standards and regulations. The representative will review and interpret prescriptions, collaborate with clinical teams on treatment plans, and assist in the development of patient care solutions that enhance safety and outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include responding to clinical inquiries, supporting compounding and medication preparation processes where applicable, documenting clinical interventions,



and contributing to education initiatives for healthcare professionals and patients. The role also requires close coordination with operations and administrative teams to optimize workflows and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy and demonstrate experience with medication dispensing and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Pharmaceutical Care and Medicine, with the ability to support clinical decision-making and patient-centered treatment plans.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Compounding, including knowledge of safe preparation methods, quality standards, and relevant guidelines.
- Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Pharmacy, current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility) in Colombia, and experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy settings.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, capability to work in multidisciplinary teams, proficiency in medical documentation, and basic familiarity with healthcare information systems.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; working knowledge of English and continued professional development in pharmaceutical sciences are considered assets.
