The IT SaaS Applications Specialist is an engaged, proactive member of the IT team focused on providing superior technical support to Sasser users using Software as a Service (SaaS) Products and Applications. The IT SaaS Applications Specialist analyzes, investigates, prioritizes, and resolves issues in a timely manner and communicates findings clearly with stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

- Provide Software as a Service (SaaS) Products and Applications technical support for Sasser and business unit users.
- Configure and customize SaaS Products and Applications.
- Investigate, prioritize, process, and resolve user needs, questions, and issues.
- Train and educate users on SaaS Products and Applications.
- Manage SaaS Products and Applications users accounts.
- Assist in the support, training, planning, and consulting of new implementations and integrations.
- Create low-code no-code applications that support and supplement SaaS Products and Applications.
- Ensures the Director, Product Delivery and Global Support (PDGS) is aware of project or tasks milestones, barriers, and risks.

Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, Technical Communication,



or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Sage Intacct, SalesForce

Skills

- Must have experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) operation.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
- Experience in troubleshooting web browsers issues.
- Ability to determine solutions to complex problems.
- Advanced critical thinking skills.
- Desire to learn and develop a mastery of our SaaS Products and Applications.
- A passion for working with users and helping them resolve their issues.
- Ability to self-manage and engage with new problems proactively, with a sense of urgency, and with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population.
- The ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action.
- Ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast paced sometimes stressful environment.
- Interpersonal skills to work in a team orientated, collaborative environment.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, Technical Communication, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with SalesForce
- Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00 UK
- Must have experience with a Software as a Service (SaaS) operation.
