Are you an analytical early-career professional who loves turning data into commercial decisions? Join Kuona's Customer Success team. You'll become an expert in our AI platform and help leading Consumer Goods and Retail companies in LATAM get the most value from it.

This role is for people with 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, or in commercial, pricing, or planning roles. You'd like to keep growing in a tech company, close to clients and close to the data. We'll train you on our platform, on Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and on how we work with clients. You bring curiosity, analytical rigor, and strong communication.

What you’ll do:

- Become an expert user of the Kuona platform (pricing, promotions and inventory) and help clients use it day to day
- Support onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of clients, making sure they adopt the platform quickly and well
- Analyze the data and results the platform generates (prices, promotions, elasticities, margins, sell-out) to find insights and opportunities for clients
- Build clear analyses and presentations, including business reviews that show the value and ROI clients get
- Turn client questions and business challenges into concrete ways to use the platform
- Track platform usage and adoption, and propose improvements
- Work with our Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to make sure value reaches the client
- Grow into managing client relationships on your own as you develop

What we’re looking for:





- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles in relevant industries
- Experience at strategic consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Sintec, London Consulting Group, Auric, or similar) - highly valued
- Experience working with clients in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry - preferred
- Knowledge in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) or pricing/promotions - desirable
- Professional working English - desirable
