Job Description
This is a remote position.
Rockstar is hiring a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team. This isn’t a placement with one of our clients. You’ll work for Rockstar, alongside our talent acquisition and partner success teams, finding the billing professionals who keep U.S. physical,
occupational, and speech therapy practices running.
We’re looking for someone who has done the billing work themselves. You’ve owned the full revenue cycle, from charge entry and claim submission through payment posting, denials, appeals, and A/R. Now you want to use that experience to spot the people who can do the job well. You’ll source, screen, assess, and recommend Medical Billing Specialists and related RCM candidates. You’ll also be the person on our team who can tell the difference between a candidate who knows billing and one who only knows the vocabulary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source qualified medical billing and RCM candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Write and update job postings for billing roles so they reflect what partner practices need
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates ready for upcoming partner placements
