Are you a highly organized, proactive professional passionate about project management, business operations, and executive support?
We're looking for a results-driven Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support a senior executive at one of our international partner companies.
This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance. You'll turn strategic ideas into actionable projects, coordinate teams, leverage AI tools, drive initiatives from planning to successful launch, and ensure accountability across key business priorities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Executive Assistance, or related roles.
- Proven ability to drive projects from initial planning through successful launch, managing milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Ability to conduct professional accountability check-ins with senior team members, ensuring commitments are met and projects stay on track.
- Advanced English proficiency,



with confidence communicating with U.S.-based executives and senior leadership.
- Experience translating executive strategies and playbooks into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with AI tools, CRM platforms, and project management software.
- Ability to coordinate with marketing teams, consultants, and stakeholders to launch business initiatives and partnership programs.
- Experience tracking performance goals, following up on commitments, and reporting progress to leadership.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and information-sharing skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales-driven business environments is highly preferred.
