Job Title: U.S. Commercial Leasing Specialist
Location: Remote, Colombia.
Salary Range: USD 2,500-3,500 per month, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM US Pacific time.

About the Role:
Join a U.S. commercial real estate team as a leasing specialist, working remotely from Colombia. Independently manage commercial leases from Letter of Intent through negotiation, execution and ongoing administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, redline and negotiate leases, LOIs, amendments and renewals.
- Coordinate tenants, brokers, attorneys, owners and cross-functional teams.
- Track lease obligations, critical dates, approvals and signatures.
- Interpret NNN,
gross and modified gross leases and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years in commercial lease administration or commercial property management.
- Professional experience with US commercial real estate and US leasing practices.
- Expertise reviewing, redlining and negotiating commercial leases and LOIs.
- Understanding of NNN, gross and modified gross lease structures.
- Ability to independently manage multiple lease transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Yardi or similar lease/property-management software.
- CAM reconciliations and operating-expense audits.
- DocuSign and commercial portfolio reporting.
