Our client is looking for the engine of their outbound growth - working a full-time schedule making high-volume cold calls to small business owners across multiple curated lead lists and turning those conversations into confirmed, committed appointments. You will own the front end of the sales process: qualifying prospects, handling objections with confidence, and handing off warm, ready-to-close opportunities to the sales team. Operating inside a proprietary dialer and CRM, you will have everything you need to hit your targets and build real momentum from day one - with a clear path to expand into higher-value verticals as you grow.
Client Overview
A fast-growing US-based digital services company specialising in custom web design and local SEO solutions for small businesses. They help contractors, cleaning companies, landscapers, and professional services firms build a stronger online presence and generate more local leads. With an established sales process and proprietary outreach tools already in place,
they are scaling their appointment-setting team to reach new verticals and drive consistent pipeline growth.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to small business owners across multiple lead lists to generate qualified appointments
- Qualify prospects by assessing their need for web design, SEO, and digital presence solutions
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads and ensure strong commitment to reduce no-show rates
- Maintain accurate records of call activity, lead status, and appointment outcomes in the company CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and maximize appointment show-up rates
- Collaborate with the sales closer to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
