Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills




- Spanish and English bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Professional phone presence with the ability to communicate confidently, empathetically, and energetically
- Comfort spending a significant portion of the workday speaking with clients by phone
- Strong listening and interviewing skills, including the ability to ask effective follow-up questions and organize a client's story
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Effective organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple newly signed clients and competing priorities
- Experience with CRM, case management, or similar software preferred
- Background in property insurance, legal intake, claims, customer service, or client onboarding preferred
