About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities
- Review records for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update records in internal systems
- Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed




- Ensure proper documentation and file organization
- Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records when required
- Communicate with providers and internal team members
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards

Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or case management systems
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Must be located outside the United States

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
