We are seeking a Machinist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming conventional and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, specifications,



and quality requirements. This position requires advanced knowledge of machining processes, tooling, inspection techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot complex machining problems.
This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
What You Will Do
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T;
- Perform high-precision machining and optimize CNC programs
- Select tools, workholding, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
- Inspect parts using precision measurement tools, including CMM
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues
- Support process improvements and assist engineering teams
- Maintain equipment, document work, and follow all safety and quality standards
