IntouchCX is seeking a Senior IT Generalist to administer and manage regional technology activities, oversee maintenance and repair of computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment.
You will coordinate resources with IT stakeholders, collaborate across departments, and ensure assets and standards are managed in a fast-paced call center setting. Fluency in English and strong analytical/problem-solving skills are required.
