We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll MASTER to join our team at RICOVA SAS. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of payroll while managing and coordinating payroll processes with a specific focus on payroll for the USA and/or Canada. ROE)Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international labor and tax regulations.Design, document, and implement improvements to payroll processes and internal controls.Act as the escalation point for the resolution of complex payroll discrepancies and issues.Provide comprehensive support on payroll matters related to onboarding, termination, and benefits of administration.Prepare and validate reports on union dues and garnishments.Reconciliation Benefits Invoices.Manages the full payroll cycle.
