The Sales Manager will focus on driving customer acquisition and achieving revenue growth objectives through strategic engagement with new clients.

This role is responsible for expanding Enghouse Navita’s market share by establishing and cultivating relationships, building a qualified pipeline of prospective clients. The idóneo candidate will bring innovative thought leadership, presenting compelling solutions and insights that create demand for Enghouse products and services. This includes educating potential clients on industry trends, best practices, and aligning solutions to their needs.

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, successfully closing new deals to drive revenue growth. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual and quarterly sales booking targets, taking ownership of revenue commitments and driving consistent sales performance.

• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline equivalent to 2–3 times the sales booking quota,



ensuring sufficient coverage to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

• Lead sales efforts by positioning Enghouse solutions to identify, qualify, develop, and close high-value business opportunities.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans with clear sales strategies, targeting key industries and aligning Enghouse solutions with customer needs and market opportunities.

• Identify, prospect, and engage new potential customers to expand market presence and drive business growth.

• Champion Enghouse solutions by effectively communicating their value proposition, demonstrating industry expertise, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner.

• Own and lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
