Job Purpose

The MIS Senior Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions, transforming large volumes of data into reliable, timely, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.The role contributes to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the data architecture, information standards, and key business indicators, ensuring high levels of data quality, efficiency, availability, and governance, in alignment with the strategic objectives of GBS and its client areas, while interacting with teams in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources to develop and maintain a robust data architecture that enables reporting and analytical insights for all levels of the organization,



from operational teams to senior management and board members, on a recurring or ad hoc basis.

• Design, develop, and monitor data quality metrics and indicators, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, reliability, integrity, and availability. Provide robust analysis and reporting to support decision-making by the GBS management team.

• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to processes, information flows, and reporting models, using data analysis to increase operational efficiency, business effectiveness, and performance visibility.

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of existing data architecture, analytical models, and reporting processes, including technical recommendations for the optimization and modernization of MIS, with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and information governance.
