Community Sports Partners is looking for a friendly, resourceful personal assistant to support the founder with personal and family organization across an agreed weekly schedule. Availability during evenings and weekends is required as part of the role. You will keep track of everyday requests, research practical options and follow through on arrangements, working closely with the administrative assistant. The role also includes helping with routine business messages and clear handovers to the daytime team.
The founder also wants to build a stronger organic social media presence to increase awareness of the businesses. You will help turn ideas and everyday business activity into useful posts and conversations, working in coordination with the existing marketing team.
What you will do• Coordinate with the administrative assistant on priorities, task ownership and outstanding requests; keep shared records current and provide clear updates and handovers between shifts.
• Help with personal research and shopping, including restaurant options, clothing and gifts,



comparing choices against preferences, timing and agreed budgets.
• Coordinate personal errands, important dates and everyday requests, keeping track of arrangements and follow-ups.
• Provide regular Spanish tutoring and conversation practice for the founder, using practical everyday and business topics, useful vocabulary and constructive corrections.
• Review designated family or school message threads during agreed shifts, capture homework assignments, school notices and deadlines, and coordinate reminders and follow-ups with the parent and administrative assistant.
• Maintain a shared calendar of school events, activities, appointments and birthdays, flagging conflicts and upcoming preparation needs.
• Research suitable extracurricular activities, camps, tutors and family outings; compare schedules, costs and options for the parent to choose from.
• Coordinate activity registrations, permission-form deadlines
