As a Product Solutions Vice President in Cross Currency for the Financial Institution Group (FIG) across Latin America, you will serve as an expert in Payment FX solutions and the sales cycle. You will partner with Sales in Latin America to identify and capture market opportunities, prospect clients that do not currently use cross-currency solutions, and identify business development opportunities within the existing payments portfolio. You will contribute directly to regional growth objectives through disciplined pipeline management, joint planning, and client-focused solution delivery, bringing deep product expertise and a consultative approach to originate opportunities, shape solutions, and win new business.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Advisory & Solutioning

• You will advise Sales on solutioning and adoption of new and existing client-facing products and capabilities, while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk to enhance the customer experience.





• You will leverage extensive knowledge of Payment FX solutions and capabilities to manage the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes.

• You will develop and deliver client-relevant solution presentations that address specific client needs and use cases.

Pipeline, Growth & Portfolio Execution

• You will manage the sales pipeline and develop target client lists, driving execution from pre-sales through mandate wins and deal closure, and reporting progress to senior management.

• You will conduct portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders and measure progress against identified opportunities.

Partner Coordination & Go-to-Market Support

• You will partner with FIG Sales to advise on strategic pricing for deals, contribute to the development of sales training and collateral, and oversee Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
