? About the Role:
At Tecnasys Integral IT Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Epicor iScala Support Specialist to provide dedicated application support for an international enterprise environment operating across Latin America.
This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide. However, the specialist must be fully available to work during Colombian business hours (UTC-5) and provide direct support to Spanish-speaking users across LATAM.
We are looking for someone with strong, proven, hands-on experience with Epicor iScala. This is not a general ERP or IT support position. Previous professional experience supporting Epicor iScala is mandatory.

? Key Responsibilities:
? Epicor iScala Support: Provide functional and technical support for users working with Epicor iScala
? Incident Troubleshooting: Analyse, diagnose and resolve application incidents, errors and user-related issues
? Functional Support: Assist users with iScala functionality, business processes and operational issues
⚙️ Technical Investigation: Investigate application behaviour, integrations,



data-related issues and system errors
? Incident Management: Manage support requests from initial contact through resolution
? Escalation: Coordinate complex issues with internal teams, vendors or other specialists when required
? LATAM User Support: Provide direct support to users across Latin America in Spanish
? Documentation: Document incidents, solutions, recurring problems and technical procedures
? Problem Management: Identify recurring incidents and contribute to root cause analysis
? International Coordination: Work with business and technical teams across different countries

? Profile We Are Looking For:
?️ Epicor iScala Experience: Proven professional experience supporting Epicor iScala. This is mandatory
? Enterprise Experience: Experience supporting ERP environments in medium-sized, large or multinational organisations
? Troubleshooting: Strong ability to investigate incidents independent
