Job Purpose
Develop, manage, and expand the fleet sales business in Colombia’s passenger vehicle market by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships with corporate and institutional customers, and driving sustainable sales growth. Lead fleet sales projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to commercial negotiations, contract closure, and vehicle delivery, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strengthening the company’s competitive position in the corporate and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities
Fleet Business Development
• Develop and implement fleet sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Colombian passenger vehicle market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate customers, private companies, government entities, public institutions, and other fleet customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, fleet renewal cycles, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales initiatives.




• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring effective prospecting, opportunity development, and conversion into successful business transactions.
• Promote the company’s passenger vehicle portfolio, including electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, as mobility solutions for corporate and institutional fleets.

Key Account Management
• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate customers, strategic accounts, government entities, and institutional clients.
• Assess customers’ fleet requirements, purchasing processes, vehicle usage patterns, budget constraints, and operational needs to propose suitable vehicle solutions.
• Manage key accounts throughout the sales cycle, ensuring effective communication, customer satisfaction, and long-term business development.
