Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing property management team.
The idóneo candidate will have previous property management experience, excellent English communication skills, and a strong customer service and sales mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing prospective resident inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating property tours, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into leases, maximize occupancy, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Leasing
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from prospective residents.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate leasing opportunities.
• Communicate with prospects via phone, text messages, and email.
• Follow up with prospects after property tours to encourage applications and secure leases.
• Guide prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
Property Knowledge & Tour Coordination
• Maintain accurate knowledge of property features, amenities, rental rates, availability, and promotions.
• Provide clear and accurate information about available rental units.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm property tours.
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective residents' questions.
Customer Service & Administrative Support
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate lead records, communication logs, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with all prospects.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
