Role Description The AV Pre-Sales Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the sales team in designing and presenting AV solutions that meet client requirements. This role includes conducting needs assessments, analyzing technical requirements, and preparing proposals, system designs, and cost estimates for AV and related IT solutions.



The AV Pre-Sales Engineer collaborates with internal teams to develop solution architectures, create client estimates, participates in client calls and virtual meetings, and provides technical demonstrations and product overviews. Day-to-day activities involve creating documentation such as diagrams and scopes of work, responding to technical questions, and ensuring proposed solutions align with industry best practices and company standards. The role also includes coordinating with post-sales and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a positive customer experience.
