Role Description The Fragrance Brand Manager will oversee the development, positioning, and performance of fragrance brands within the Slate Brands portfolio. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Bogota, D.C., with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining brand strategy and fragrance positioning, coordinating product development with internal and external partners, and aligning packaging, storytelling, and visual identity with brand objectives.



The Fragrance Brand Manager will analyze market trends and consumer insights, track sales and marketing performance, and recommend actions to optimize brand growth across channels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, creative, and retail partners to plan launches, campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and physical touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Brand management and product marketing experience, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods.
• Strong market analysis and consumer insight skills, with the ability to translate data into clear brand strategies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, sales, operations) in an omnichannel environment.
