We are looking for a practical Python and AI automation developer based in Medellín to work directly alongside our founder for at least 20 hours per week.

This is an in-person position—not a remote role. You must be comfortable communicating and working in English at a B2/C1 level.

The role focuses on building useful automations,



setting up straightforward AI chat solutions, and maintaining an existing Python-based reporting system. This is an implementation and maintenance role, not an AI research position.

What you will do:
• Build and maintain Python scripts and business automations.
• Connect applications through APIs and webhooks.
• Set up and maintain simple AI chatbots and chat integrations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain an existing Python-based reporting application.
• Investigate bugs, validate outputs, and improve reliability.
• Work with databases and reporting data.
• Document changes and provide clear progress updates.
• Follow sound security practices when handling credentials and sensitive information.

What we are looking for:
• Practical Python development experience.
• Experience reading, debugging, and improving existing code.
