How you get paid
• Base: $2,000 USD a month, paid on the 5th and the 20th
• $20 USD for every qualified show
• $50 USD or more on every close, more again on a lead you found yourself
• OTE: $3,000 - $4,000+ USD a month, uncapped, plus monthly bonuses

The job
We get US contractors to the top of Google, and they come to us. Our ads bring in 100 to 200 roofers, remodelers and plumbers a month who asked to talk to us and already know our price. You qualify them and book them into a Zoom with our closers. A few hundred dollars a month is an easy yes, so closes come fast and often. You are paid on every qualified show and every close. Setters who prove themselves earn the right to close.

• Unanswered leads followed up 3 times in 24 hours
• Every booked call confirmed the day before
• Every call logged in the CRM, numbers sent at end of day
