As our next Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting core accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and period-end close activities.



This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements, combined with a detail-oriented and analytical approach. In partnership with internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the accuracy of financial records and support the organization's reporting, audit, and governance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Journal Entries: Prepare and post monthly journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist with closing procedures, preparing financial schedules, and compiling basic financial statements.
• Audit Support: Gather documentation, prepare schedules, and answer inquiries for internal and external auditors.
